Free Worldwide Shipping from 100 €,  if order less than 100 euros delivery within Europe 20€,delivery to countries of other area ( USA,Australia,Brazil,Argentina,Asia and other.) will cost 28€. “Holykiss“ Lingerie do not pay customs duties that may be imposed by countries outside the European Union, these are special low depends of country, that we cannot influence, but we pay for targeted delivery of every custom order.

Delivery and production

Denmark

Lingerie “Holykiss“ is carefully tailoring especially for you. Production takes 3-5 days and delivery take about 1-2 weeks. Insured delivery by DHL or DPD.

If you have not received an email with delivery confirmation and tracking information within 2 weeks of placing your order, please contact us.

Other EU: 1-4 weeks. Insured delivery with DHL.

To return 14-day return policy

“Holykiss“ Lingerie provides a 14-day money-back guarantee for your order in the online store (see excluded items below). Please return the goods in their original packaging with tracking within 14 days of receipt of the goods (the validity period is determined by the postmark/return receipt).

After the 14-day period, we can no longer accept the products back 

Cost of return delivery

Return shipping costs must be paid by the client. We recommend returning with tracking - as we can return the money only for the goods received.

Detailed provisions, all goods must be unworn, unwashed and have all the tags, otherwise we will not be able to return the money. If they are returned dirty, we can offer cleaning, for which we will have to charge.

Individual tailoring  underwear is non-refundable.
